Innovative interventions to improve social & academic integration of STEM university students

Starting a STEM degree can be a challenging first year experience. In-4-STEM wants to facilitate the transition of a more diverse pool of STEM students. We focus on improving the social and academic integration of new STEM students by designing and implementing innovative interventions that tackle challenges that are experienced by  minorities such as first-generation, women, and apprenticeship students.
