“Bounce Back – Smarter Study Strategies”

09 July, 2026

As part of the ITII Bretagne Educational Council meeting held on 2 July 2026 at ENSTA – Institut Polytechnique de Paris on its Brest campus, Klara Kövesi and Damien Coadour presented the research findings of the IN-4-STEM project in a session entitled: “Presentation of the IN-4-STEM Project’s Exploratory Study on the Social, Academic and Professional Integration of Higher Degree Apprenticeship Engineering Students, and Future Perspectives.”

The presentation sparked insightful and constructive discussions among participants, including representatives from partner companies and the ten engineering schools that make up the ITII Bretagne network. The exchanges focused on the integration of first-year higher degree apprenticeship engineering students within their institutions, with particular attention given to the challenges they face, their sense of belonging, perceived support, and overall well-being.

These discussions also opened up new opportunities for collaboration, paving the way for an expansion of the scope of our research and the involvement of additional participants from the partner engineering schools.

We would like to warmly thank ITII Bretagne for this valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration across Brittany’s engineering schools and to further enhance the impact of our research.
